Product Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Delivery
The Customer or the individual designated to receive the product must sign a Delivery Receipt, payment voucher, and/or delivery note upon receipt. This signature indicates the Customer’s acceptance of the product’s condition, quantity, and specifications, unless an immediate objection is raised at that time.
2. Claims and Complaints
In exceptional cases, such as bulk orders or special circumstances, Trazzo will accept claims regarding the delivered merchandise’s quantity or quality for up to seven (7) calendar days following delivery. After this period, no claims will be entertained.
3. Transfer of Responsibility
Products become the sole responsibility of the Customer once they have been delivered or made available. A product is considered “made available” when the maximum allotted time for pickup has elapsed; or, in the case of delivery services, if delivery could not be completed on the agreed date and location due to reasons attributable to the Customer, resulting in the product’s return to Trazzo’s facilities.
4. Installation Services
Product installation services are not included in the listed prices and constitute an additional service unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Delivery Methods
Product delivery can be executed through the following methods:
a. Pickup at Trazzo Locations:
- Collecting the product from the Trazzo location selected by the Customer incurs no additional cost.
- If the Customer designates another individual for pickup, the Customer must provide the full name and official identification of that person in the Purchase Order. The designated individual must be of legal age and present physical identification upon pickup, along with:
- A copy of the Customer’s ID or the identification used for the purchase;
- A printed Purchase Order confirming the purchase; and
- Their own identification matching the details provided by the Customer.
- The representative must sign the Delivery Receipt upon collection.
- Pickup times, locations, dates, and hours must be coordinated in advance with the assigned advisor.
- The maximum period for product pickup is fifteen (15) calendar days from the scheduled pickup date. If not collected within this timeframe, the product will be sent to the central warehouse, and the Customer must coordinate a new pickup arrangement with an advisor.
b. Delivery Service:
The Customer acknowledges that the Delivery Service is distinct from product sales and installation services; therefore, each has independent pricing. Trazzo may employ independent third parties for delivery services.
- The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer in the Purchase Order, provided that the recipient:
- Is of legal age and presents valid identification; and
- Signs the Delivery Receipt.
- If these conditions are not met, the product will be returned to Trazzo’s facilities, and the Customer will be informed of its location for pickup, adhering to the previously mentioned pickup terms.
- The Customer must ensure that the product’s dimensions and packaging can pass through all access points (doors, stairs, elevators, etc.) to reach its final destination. The Delivery Service does not include:
- Disassembling structures;
- Using special equipment or methods to move products to different floors;
- Cleaning or clearing spaces for product placement;
- Installation, assembly, or connection services;
- Deliveries via spiral staircases.
- Delivery personnel are not authorized to accept tips or gratuities.
- If delivery is not possible due to the aforementioned limitations, the product will be returned to Trazzo’s facilities, and the Customer will be informed for pickup, following the standard pickup procedures. Alternatively, the Customer may request a re-delivery, subject to the same terms and potential additional fees.
6. Additional Services:
Definition of Installation Service:
Installation Service is separate from Delivery and involves tasks such as assembly, fastening, mechanical attachment, cable connections, drilling, configuration, and other related activities for furniture, lighting fixtures, audio equipment, or other products sold by Trazzo.
7. General Liability Conditions for Receiving Merchandise and/or Performing Work at Customer Locations:
TRAZZO is not liable for any loss or damage to products, services, or other items, including economic losses or intangible damages, such as:
- Deterioration or malfunction of the product or associated products due to defects or unavailability, causing downtime or business interruption.
- Poor performance of the product or associated products.
- The warranty does not cover transportation costs or risks associated with transporting the product to and from TRAZZO’s facilities.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Regular maintenance and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
- Consumable materials expected to require periodic replacement (e.g., non-rechargeable batteries, sockets, bulbs, transformers).
- Damage or defects from improper use, operation, or handling not consistent with normal use.
- Damage resulting from:
- Misuse, including:
- Handling causing physical, superficial, or appearance changes to the product.
- Installation or use not following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Maintenance not following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Installation or use not adhering to technical or safety standards of the country
- Misuse, including:
