Returns and Exchanges Policy

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to sales without installation services provided by Trazzo.

1. Right of Return

Trazzo offers customers the right to return products within seven (7) calendar days following the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Purchase Type: Returns are only accepted for high-turnover products that have not been custom-ordered or specifically manufactured for the customer. In certain instances, Trazzo’s procurement agreements may prevent the return of such items to suppliers. Consequently, Trazzo reserves the exclusive right to determine which products are eligible for return and which are not.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags, accessories, packaging, spare parts, manuals, and any other included items intact and without signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Proof of Purchase: Customers must present the original sales receipt or invoice along with the product at any Trazzo retail location, unless directed to a specific location.
  • Customer Identification: Customers must provide valid identification matching the name on the purchase.
  • Product Return: Customers are responsible for bringing the product to the designated Trazzo location for inspection and approval. Trazzo is not obligated to collect products from customer locations.

If these conditions are not met within the specified timeframe, the right to return will be subject to the provisions outlined in Florida Statute ยง501.142.

2. Refund Process

Upon acceptance of the return, Trazzo will refund the purchase price of the product. Refunds will not include additional services such as delivery or installation fees, penalties, or any exchange rate differences.

Refunds may be issued via store credit, non-negotiable check in the name of the purchaser, or a reversal of charges to the original credit card used for the purchase. The method of refund is at Trazzo’s discretion. For credit card purchases, the refund process may take up to fifteen (15) business days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.

3. Limitations and Exclusions

Trazzo does not provide explicit or implicit warranties beyond this Returns and Exchanges Policy. The acceptance of a return does not constitute an admission of liability by Trazzo. Trazzo is not obligated to refund any amount beyond the original purchase price of the product. By exercising the right of return, the customer acknowledges that any potential disputes are resolved.
