For the purposes of this clause, force majeure means any act or event beyond Trazzo’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts, or other third-party industrial actions, supplier defaults or delays, civil commotion, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, war (declared or not), or threats or preparations for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or any other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

In the event of force majeure affecting Trazzo’s fulfillment of its obligations, the agreed obligations and deadlines will be automatically suspended until the force majeure events conclude. Once the force majeure event is overcome, the deadlines will resume.
